There are 3 different types of users on Promoboxx: brand users, sales rep users, and retailer users. This article focuses on the differences between those accounts and explains how to access each account type.
The first step in accessing any Promoboxx account is to visit https://omniauth.promoboxx.com/login and log in with your email address and password. If you do not already have a username and password please visit our article.
Brand Accounts are the first type of Promoboxx account. Brand users work for the brand and usually are in charge of creating campaigns and scheduling automated content. To access a brand user account click on the brand experience button and then select your brand on the next page.
Sales Rep accounts are another type of Promoboxx account. Sales rep users are typically just that, sales reps for the brands, and typically those users assist in getting retailers signed up for Promoboxx and can monitor their connected retailers' activity engaging with different campaigns.
To access a sales rep account, log in at https://omniauth.promoboxx.com/login and then select your account under Divisions.
Retailer accounts are the last type of Promoboxx account. Retailer users sell the brands' products and use Promoboxx to share brand content to their connected social pages. To access a retailer account, visit https://omniauth.promoboxx.com/login and then select your store under Businesses. If you have access to multiple stores they will all be listed here.
